General Terms and Conditions for Fjällflygarna AB
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to services and operations carried out by Fjällflygarna AB. By booking or using our services, the customer accepts these terms.
Fjällflygarna AB operates helicopter services in accordance with applicable Swedish and European aviation regulations.
2. Booking
Bookings may be made via phone, email, or other agreed communication channels. A booking is considered confirmed once it has been accepted by Fjällflygarna AB.
Fjällflygarna AB reserves the right to decline assignments for safety, technical, or operational reasons.
3. Weather and Safety
All flight operations are dependent on weather conditions and safety assessments.
The pilot always has the final decision regarding whether a flight can be carried out. Flights may be cancelled or modified at short notice if required for safety reasons.
This is done to ensure the safety of passengers and staff.
4. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellations or changes to a booking must be made as soon as possible.
If a flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, technical issues, or other safety reasons, rebooking or another mutually agreed solution will be offered.
5. Liability
Fjällflygarna AB is responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and safety regulations.
Fjällflygarna AB is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancelled flights caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Government or authority decisions
- Technical issues
- Other circumstances beyond the company’s control
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must follow the instructions and safety guidelines given by the pilot.
Fjällflygarna AB reserves the right to refuse transport if safety may be compromised.
7. Force majeure
Fjällflygarna AB is not responsible for events beyond the company’s control, such as:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government or authority decisions
- Strikes or technical disruptions
